At Denver Flooring and Finishes, our team is our greatest asset. This year, we celebrated some significant milestones that helped shape our growth:
In May, we celebrated Robert’s retirement, marking the end of an era and the beginning of new adventures. Robert's contributions to the company will always be remembered and cherished.
We also welcomed Colbey as a jobsite super in May. His expertise and leadership have made an immediate impact on our team and clients.
December brought a warm welcome back to Brian, who’s been a huge support in the warehouse with pickups and deliveries. It’s great to have him back in action!
Our journey this year was enhanced by a team business coach who helped expand our perspectives and sharpen our skills. This has allowed each of us to excel in our individual roles and become even more remarkable at what we do.
We’re thrilled to have a fabulous marketing partner on board this year who has helped us expand our online presence and share our story with even more people.
In June, we welcomed Bryna as an intern, and we’re excited to announce that she’ll be joining us full-time as a designer in 2025. Her creativity and enthusiasm are a perfect fit for our team!
And let’s not forget our weekly Friday Happy Hours, where we’ve bonded over martinis and created lasting memories as a team.

Biggest Transformation: In 2024, we made an exciting move by purchasing our first commercial property. This milestone allowed us to establish a new showroom and warehouse, which has already helped us better serve our clients and continue to grow.
Giving Back: Making a Difference
At Denver Flooring and Finishes, we believe in giving back to the community that has supported us. This year, we were proud to support several organizations that make a positive impact in the lives of others:
Comeback Yoga: We continue to support this incredible organization that helps individuals rebuild their lives through yoga and mindfulness.
Homes for Our Troops: We are honored to contribute to this nonprofit that builds specially adapted homes for disabled veterans.
Builders for Babies: This organization’s mission to support families in need through construction projects is close to our hearts.
National Kidney Foundation: We supported this important cause, working toward better awareness and treatment of kidney disease.
Longmont Raptors: Through the request of one of our builders, we supported this local youth baseball team and helped make a difference in the lives of young athletes.

Reflecting on the Marshall Fire Recovery
As we look back on 2024, we are reminded of the devastating impact of the Marshall Fire, which destroyed 991 homes on December 30, 2021. This year, we continued our work with clients who were affected by the fire, helping them rebuild and restore their homes. It’s an honor to be part of their recovery journey, and we’re proud to provide the quality flooring and finishes that are part of rebuilding their lives.
