Our team works collaboratively and is solution-driven which allows for one-of-a-kind design and the ability to stay within budget and time constraints. Finally, one firm equals one contract. No sub-contractors to manage or schedule. We handle everything from start to finish!

Cheri Notary
Owner of Denver Flooring and Finishes >
Cheri is a Colorado native with more than 20 years of experience in the flooring industry. Her extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of flooring designs, products, and installation methods have made her an industry leader which has been recognized by her customers, peers and other industry professionals.
Cheri strives to develop long term relationships with her customers built on trust, communication and education. These three key factors ensure the long-term success of each relationship Cheri develops. One of Cheri’s strongest beliefs is in educating her customers on selecting the right products for their individual designs, lifestyles and budgets. By listening to her customers and getting to know them on a personal level, Cheri feels that she can better help them when designing the spaces of their dreams.
Aside from her extensive career in the flooring industry, Cheri is a graduate from Metro State College with a degree in Accounting. She enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan and son James who is an accomplished young athlete.
Erika Klein

With more than 20 years of experience in the flooring industry, Erika has become one of the industry leaders when it comes to design, product selection and project management. However it is her outgoing personality and ability to connect with her clients that truly sets her apart from her peers. This rare trait allows Erika to help guide her clients towards the interior finishes that are best suited for their individual tastes, lifestyles and budgets rather than just designing spaces that simply fulfill her own design styles. Erika strongly believes that the creative process of designing the interior finishes of a clients home should be a collaborative effort where the clients vision and needs and Erika’s vast product knowledge come together to create truly unique spaces.
Erika has a Bachelors Degree in Speech and Communication from Metro State College of Denver. When not designing beautiful homes, Erika enjoys spending time with her husband Greg and two children Lauren and Garrett.
Designers
Elle is captivated by the world’s natural elements. She loves adding rich woods, texture, and monochromatic schemes in her designs. She is very in tune with others desires for an area and reflects that with fresh and tailored spaces. Elle comes from an interior design background and can guide clients to create the best use of a space with functionality and most importantly originality. Her bright, optimistic attitude, makes the process easy and enjoyable
KENNEDY
While pursuing a degree in architecture from CU Denver, Kennedy brings a unique and valuable perspective, as well as a passionate energy to the design world. She has worked alongside many industry leaders and executes professionalism in each day-to-day task she tackles. Kennedy’s passions include residential design, creating custom spaces for each individual client, and watching projects blossom.
MATTHEW
With over 10 years of Hunter Douglas experience, Matthew brings an extensive knowledge of various products, with a specialty in coverings and blinds. Matthew’s outgoing personality, and ability to connect with his clients creates for a memorable, and enjoyable experience every time you work with him. His passions include custom home designs, remodels, and creating and maintaining client relationships for years and years.
KATHERINE
Katherine grew up in Colorado and enjoys each of the seasons our state has to offer, and she brings that love of nature to her designs. Her number one priority in design is getting to know her clients and understanding how a family functions in their space and allowing projects to reflect the overall style a client is looking for. Her designs provide a timeless composition with pops of unexpected creativity. Katherine utilizes her diverse professional experience and knowledge of construction and building to educate each client on the process as well as the outcome of the homes that she works on. Her specialty is working closely with Custom Builders, Contractors and homeowners to create spaces they will love and enjoy for years. Through the selection process of flooring, cabinets, countertop and other finishes that fit each individual design and lifestyle clients get an individual design suited specifically to them. Her degrees in Interior Design and Construction Management from Colorado State University pair perfectly with the offerings of Denver Flooring and Finishes
SENTA
Senta's thoughtful attention to detail shines through in her completed projects. With an extensive, full scope outlook, her projects are outlined and complete before construction even begins.

Cassie has been assisting in the design, selection, and project management of the interior finishes in some of Denver’s most prominent buildings for over a decade. In that time she has developed the skills, knowledge, and relationships necessary to ensure that every project she assists on is completed on time and on budget. In addition to her extensive knowledge with the remodeling industry, Cassie is also the Senior Project Manager overseeing Denver Flooring & Finishes Restoration Division.
CASSIE
Traci's bright smile greets you as you come in the doors to Denver Flooring and Finishes. Her day to day roles keep the buissness moving and product information up to date. "Never regret a day in your life: Good days give happiness, Bad days give experience, Worst days give lessons, and Best days give memories."
TRACI
When starting with Denver Flooring & Finishes Lisa was new to the flooring industry, but brought with her years of experience in office support. At home behind the scenes, she understands the importance of an organized and detailed office staff to assist in keeping the office running calmly and smoothly. Lisa’s primary role is Accounts Payable, but is willing to help out each department and team member in whatever manner she is needed.
LISA
Jennifer is an estimator that has been working in the construction industry since 2014.Relying on her extensive knowledge of the industry she evaluates construction plans to prepare cost estimates for custom home owners. While working at HD Supply, she quickly realized that custom homes is where she flourished. Although not working directly with customers, Jennifer loves working “behind the scenes” and watching the magic unfold.

LORI
With 15 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management, Lori facilitates our accounts receivable and ordering at Denver Flooring & Finishes. Always a hard worker, Lori started full-time work at a young age and continues to learn the needed skills to aid in her professional growth. Her attention to detail assists our team with smooth invoicing and ordering processes. As one of our remote employees, Lori operates out of South Texas.
After playing baseball for 16 years and graduating from Oral Roberts University with a degree in sports management, James brings a competitive, and driven energy to the design world. James has experience working amongst some of the top industry leaders today and provides valuable industry insight in each project he is a part of. His passions include learning and being a tenacious leader while building and maintaining client relationships. His hobbies surround coaching baseball and golf.

Baxter is an integral part of the day-to-day operations at Denver Flooring and Finishes. He is known for his smile, and ability to create happy customers and employees. His hobbies include chasing a red laser light, going for long walks, and eating treats! If you are ever in a showroom appointment you are sure to be graced by his presence.
BAXTER
Site Supervisors
Robert manages the installation of flooring materials and solid surface to insure that we are meeting the home buyers and builder’s expectations. With 20 plus years flooring experience, he has acquired extensive product and installation knowledge, while interacting and managing multiple trades. Robert exceeds in understanding the business and anticipates the needs of both internal and external customers and takes pride in building credibility and partnerships with our customers.
ROBERT
Justin is a Colorado native with more than 18 years of experience in the flooring industry, working in warehouse management and inventory control. His philosophy is to “treat people the way you would like to be treated,” and building strong, lasting relationships with the installer and customer alike. He strives to always put 100% and beyond into the task at hand.
